Tandoor Chef
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Tandoori Chef. Key responsibilities are - prepare and bake various Indian breads (Naan, Roti, Paratha) in the tandoor oven; marinate and skewer meats and vegetables for tandoor cooking; ensure proper setup, maintenance, and cleaning of the tandoor oven; maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace; follow all recipes, preparation guides, and health and safety standards as well as help prepare appetizers.

Kitchen Helper
Help our chefs, prepare appetizers, cutting and cleaning. Must have a knowlege of Indian food and must be willing to work on Tandoor Oven.

Cumin Restaurant is always looking for passionate individuals to join their team as helper, tandoor chef, and food runners. Prior experience in the food or service industry is a plus, and familiarity with Indian cuisine is preferred. Training will be provided for the right candidates.
